Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions of business
1) Delivery conditions for Audio Files (MP3s, WAVs,or CDs):
Delivery is subject to retention of files until full payment has been made. We will try to accommodate your desired delivery date whenever possible. You will be informed immediately of any delays in delivery. There are no shipping costs to be paid.
2) Payment terms:
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date (without any deductions). There is no right of withdrawal for consumers under this contract (§5f KSchG). Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
3) Errors/defects:
If the recording is faulty, the customer is obliged to report this in writing within 7 days to: office@museum-guides.com
All errors will be corrected free of charge within 7 days.
4) Data protection:
Under no circumstances will your data be transmitted or made available to unauthorized third parties. More information about this can be found here:
5) Cancellation policy:
You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons by email. The period begins upon receipt of this contract. The revocation must be sent to: office@museum-guides.com
